The Business Development Coordinator is a full time position located at our Field Services Office in Santa Clarita, CA. In this role you should be ready to bring structure, creativity, energy and a passion for winning!
What You Will Do: As the right hand to our Business Development Team you will
- Coordinate calendars for project deadlines and client proposals.
- Schedule client meetings and team calendars like a pro (outlook, teams - you know the drill)
- Be the heartbeat of our client engagement process - ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Be DETAIL ORIENTED - Did we mention - BE DETAIL ORIENTED.
- Help drive new business by supporting lead generation efforts, tracking opportunities and following up on issues utilizing our CRM (Aspire and other cool technology)
- Create clear, compelling presentations and reports using Aspire, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft tools.
- Document, Contract and Proposal initiation, coordination and execution. Fine tooth combing is a preferred skill.
- A master of follow-up, communication and keeping all things moving in a forward progression - with grace and professionalism.
- 2-4 years experience in business support, sales coordination, or a client- facing admin role.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, with multiple moving parts - and has fun doing it.
- Systems savvy - you love figuring out how tools like technology, calendars and data trackers work to help the team win!
- Familiar with lead generation tools and outreach strategies.
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred (not required, but a big plus)
- Detail oriented with ninja-level time management and organizational skills.
- Communication rock star - written, verbal, text, email, phone, smoke signals - all the things.
