Summary :

In this role, as part of Vizient's award winning supplier diversity team - client diversity - you will drive implementation, utilization, and adoption of a product and solution while contributing to larger data initiatives focused on providing clients with holistic spend insights. In addition, contribute to a more productive and effective internal team by providing process, new value stream, and staff development expertise.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, manage the ongoing business relationships and drive provider engagement through hosting member calls and in-person meetings, presenting to all levels including executives in support of their assigned product.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party supplier to successfully and seamlessly support client product and solution integration, implementation, issue resolution, and delivery.
  • Customize tools and information in a variety of formats, as needed, to support clients with utilization of application and data; may conduct product demonstrations for internal, external and prospective stakeholders
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge in advising members to improve breadth, depth, and quality of reported data to increase client's product adoption.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics and advise clients on trends in alignment with their strategy.
  • Incorporate voice of client to support with evaluating processes and make appropriate recommendations to drive increased value for clients and Vizient.
  • Identify opportunities to improve report layouts, functionality, metrics, and processes for assigned products.
  • Apply in-depth business and product knowledge as well as expertise to develop client communications and educational content such as webinars or modules in partnership with marketing and training teams.
  • May proactively engage with sales teams and identify opportunities within existing and prospective clients for both new and existing solutions.
  • Create opportunities for providers to engage and learn from one another enhancing best practices and utilization of the product and solution.

Qualifications :

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in supplier analytics and data required
  • Previous supplier diversity experience welcomed but not required
  • Experience developing and presenting solutions and products to influence stakeholder buy-in.
  • Extensive business relationship management experience required, with previous sales, consulting and or customer retention experience desired.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Estimated Hiring Range :

    At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

    This position is also incentive eligible.
