The Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting the Wolf Road facility by maintaining and updating the Technique production schedule and ensuring accurate data entry. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of all Wolf Road equipment and processes. The Scheduler will provide assistance to the Temp Clerk Count Data Entry team, Clerical Assistant I, and Scheduler Manager while delivering essential scheduling information to the Director of Finishing Operations and Scheduler Manager.
Job Duties
- Utilize daily production data to update the Technique schedule each morning and afternoon.
- Maintenance of production job folder.
- Read/understand and add jobs received via email, order entry, pink or final tickets to wolf rd. schedules.
- Run daily report used by CSR's every morning.
- Run report for the meeting on Tuesdays.
- Follow up at the end of the month the validation process, send email when everything is validated.
- Read/ understand and help with the daily production sheet.
- Help the temp clerk count data entry personnel, clerical assistant I personnel, and the scheduler manager.
Requirements
Required Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and plan work effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Technical knowledge of business operations and scheduling processes.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
