SGA Dental Partners is looking for a dynamic and driven Clinical Recruiter to lead the charge in hiring top-tier Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants. If you're passionate about connecting talented professionals with rewarding careers, we want to hear from you! Prior experience as a hygienist is preferred.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Partner with the Chief Clinical Officer to forecast clinical staffing needs and build a proactive recruiting strategy that aligns with SGA's growth.
- Identify, engage, and hire outstanding dental professionals who are a perfect fit for our partner practices.
- Leverage diverse sourcing strategies, including targeted advertising, networking, and participation in job fairs and college recruiting events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental and hygiene schools, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional talent.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience, coordinating interviews, practice visits, and interactions with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive recruitment data, ensuring transparency and efficiency in hiring.
- Collaborate closely with the human resources team to align recruitment efforts with company initiatives.
- Actively engage in the dental community through professional associations, staying ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
- Take ownership of recruitment projects and additional initiatives that enhance our ability to attract and retain top clinical talent.
