About the Position:
Join our successful dental practice as a professional, motivated, and skilled dentist. You will work alongside a team of dedicated professionals and have the opportunity to contribute to our growth and mission of delivering top-quality dental care. With your expertise and passion for learning, you will have complete autonomy and help us become an even more prominent practice in the industry.
What we’ll like about you:
- DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
- Current Mississippi license or eligible upon graduation
- Current CPR and BLS certifications
- Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
- Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written
Gautier Family Dental offer numerous benefits for dentists:
- First-year employment guarantee of $205,000 or the greater of 30% of adjusted production
- Second-year earning = 31% of adjusted production
- Sign-on bonus of $20,000
- Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
- Annual CE Budget of $2,500; extensive in-house CE program.
