The Marketing Associate is a key leader focused on driving business development, relationship management, and community integration at the facility level. The CRR plays a vital role in boosting census development and enhancing customer service, potentially supporting one or more facilities within a defined local market area.

Your contribution to the team includes :
1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within local and surrounding area.
2. Engage with potential new key referral sources in the dentistry field.
3. Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
4. Develop and implement strategies to maximize admissions patients, maintaining regular contact with referral sources such as dentists and other healthcare agencies.
5. Communicate and support the execution of marketing campaigns and plans.
6. Create strategic marketing plans to achieve office goals. .
7. Track and input referral information and marketing activities, completing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activities.
