About the Position:

Are you a skilled and passionate periodontist seeking a rewarding career with a premier dental practice? Outer Banks Periodontics is excited to announce a full-time opening at one of our state-of-the-art facilities. We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and need a talented periodontist to help us continue delivering the best in periodontal services.

What we’ll like about you:

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in Periodontics
• Current NC license

• Current CPR, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Experience in clinical or private practice, either new or previous
• Strong aptitude for professional communication, both spoken and written

Outer Banks Periodontics offers numerous benefits for Periodontist:

• First-year employment guarantee of $300,000 or the greater of 37% of adjusted production
• Second-year earning = 38% of adjusted production
• Sign-on bonus of $30,000
• Eligible for Pathway to Partnership.
• Annual CE Budget of $5000; extensive in-house CE program.
• Full Medical and Benefits
• Licensure and DEA expenses covered
• Malpractice Insurance covered
• ADA and State Dues as well as AAP dues covered
• Internal programs, covering multiple specialties and subjects

• Autonomous clinical practice with administrative assistance
