SGA Design Group is seeking a proactive team player to join us in our Bentonville office as a Team Administrator. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands across the country. You'll be working with design professionals on ground-up buildings, remodels, and special projects. This role bridges the gap between architectural design, entitlement processes, and detailed specification writing.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities include providing various support services to architectural teams.
- Entitlement Processing- Research and interpret zoning ordinances, codes, and other regulatory frameworks to guide project feasibility and compliance.
- Architectural Specification Writing- Develop detailed architectural specifications to communicate design intent, materials, and construction standards to stakeholders and contractors.
- Documentation and Reporting- Prepare and manage documentation required for both entitlement processes and specification development.
Candidate Qualifications
- EDUCATION : High School Diploma or equivalency.
- EXPERIENCE : A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an architecture or engineering firm. Candidate must also have proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- SKILLS : Ideal candidate will be motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, good computer skills, and can work independently and/or in a team environment.
