Job Summary :
SGA Lists is hiring reliable and energetic bussers to join our team for the Super Bowl event. As a busser, you will play a vital role in supporting our front-of-house team by maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You will assist servers and ensure guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience by keeping tables clear, clean, and prepared for new guests.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between guests to ensure smooth transitions.
- Assist servers with refilling drinks, delivering bread / butter, and helping with other tasks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down tables, and ensuring all surfaces are spotless.
- Remove trash and empty bins as necessary, ensuring the environment remains tidy and sanitary.
- Set up dining areas before the event begins, including placing silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Assist with the organization and stocking of dining area supplies (napkins, straws, condiments, etc.).
- Ensure all areas of the restaurant or event space are clean and orderly during the event.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure food and beverages are delivered in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any concerns to management.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including food safety standards.
- Assist with event breakdown, including cleaning and resetting the space after the event.
