What are the responsibilities and job description for the CVP Therapist position at SGA YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES NFP?
Description
- Responsible for youth and family assessments, trauma-informed treatment, wraparound services, andproviding trauma-informed care to victims of violence.
- Coordinate and direct trauma treatment services, including, but not limited to, assessment and treatment with case manager and community responder
- Provides clinical mental health services, counseling, case management, and community linkage.
- Provides emergency clinical service referrals for crisis intervention
- Responsible for recruiting referrals to meet contract expectations.
- Maintains direct contact with program and community participants in target area.
- Maintains professional relationship with community stakeholders.
- Develops a trauma-informed system of care within the targeted service area.
- Sustains effective trauma-informed treatment services.
- Responsible for providing program data for reporting purposes.
- Maintains client records in data management system and hard file as required by the agency and program contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited college or university. Master's preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience working with youth and families who are justice-involved and have experienced trauma
- LCPC/LCSW required
- Bilingual candidate preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
