** Compensation is based on experience. This role will pay between $20-30/hr.**
What You’ll Do
- Create boundary survey layouts, site plans, route surveys, and As-builts using AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS concepts.
- Work with LIDAR data, GPS techniques, and 3D modeling to process and analyze survey data.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through detailed analysis, quality control, and reporting.
Collaborate daily with field crews, surveyors, crew chiefs, clients, and stakeholders—teamwork is key! - Take on diverse tasks like public records research, project setups, and data computations to support projects.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience as an in-office survey technician/CAD Technician with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—accuracy matters in this role!
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Trimble Access software is a plus.Utility surveying experience? Even better!
