Job Description & Requirements :
- This role is remote, but candidate will need to be local to the Richmond area. Hours of 9 : 00 A.M. EST - 5 : 00 P.M. EST. Potential candidate maybe required to attend onsite meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of agile principles and frameworks (ex. two weeks sprints, story points, story refinement and estimation, retrospectives).
- Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP), preferred.
- Lead the Automation Team for the End to End Quality Modernization Project
