Job Overview:
The AL (Artificial Lift) Field Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Production Systems Delivery (PSD) services to customers. This role plays a key part in executing field operations, enhancing service quality, minimizing operational risks, and building strong customer relationships. The AL Field Specialist actively contributes to continuous improvement programs and ensures full compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, timely execution and delivery of all job-related services and deliverables.
- Identify service delivery improvement opportunities and implement standard work procedures.
- Execute service delivery activities while managing and mitigating risk during operations.
- Conduct job risk analysis and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote the company's products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements by conducting CAT (Corrective Action Tracking), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Attend and contribute to Service Quality Meetings with customers; develop and follow through on action plans to improve performance.
- Actively participate in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality programs and initiatives.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere strictly to all HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date safety and technical training as required for the role.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior field experience in artificial lift or related oilfield services preferred.
- Strong understanding of service quality, safety procedures, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently under field conditions.
- Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed in field locations.
- Compliance-focused with attention to detail in documentation and operations.
