Responsibilities :
- Provide support and technical guidance for safety & health programs at the Nashville manufacturing facility.
- Observe and identify risks, providing recommendations to reduce or eliminate hazards.
- Conduct Management of Change (MoC) safety reviews for projects.
- Assess compliance with safety & health regulations and company directives.
- Lead or assist with accident investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Support and prepare stakeholders for corporate safety assessments.
- Engage with personnel across all levels of the organization to promote a strong safety culture
