Shift: A-Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) | Monday - Friday

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our A-Shift Team. This role is responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety protocols in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be available for mandatory overtime and have the ability to work in varying conditions, including hot, cold, and dusty environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Successfully complete the Mobile Equipment Operator Exam and pass medical clearance through Concentra.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to work any shift, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
- Manufacturing, machine operator, or relevant military experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are a plus.
- Must maintain regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and process products while meeting quality and production standards.
- Follow all safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- Read and interpret written instructions, work procedures, and safety protocols.
- Assist team members in maintaining operational procedures and efficiency.
- Monitor, inspect, and troubleshoot equipment, materials, and products.
- Identify and resolve process or equipment issues as needed.
- Train and qualify on all HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems.
- Communicate effectively with team members to solve problems and improve workflow.
- Review, enter, and interpret data on paper and computer systems.
- Clean and maintain machines, equipment, and tools.
- Perform manual tasks requiring physical effort, including:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs
- Carrying, pushing, pulling
- Climbing ladders, bending, stooping, crawling
- Walking or standing for most of the shift
- Work in non-climate-controlled environments, including hot, cold, dusty, or dirty conditions.
