Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for optimizing treasury operations and cash management? SeneGence is seeking an experienced Manager, Accounts Payable & Treasury Services to oversee banking services, payment systems, foreign currency management, and treasury operations. This leadership role manages domestic and international banking relationships, implements payment solutions, oversees merchant card processing, manages cash flow, and ensures compliance with treasury policies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international banking relationships, including negotiating terms and fees.
• Research, evaluate, and implement efficient distributor payment solutions (domestic and international).
• Oversee global merchant card processing, including fee analysis and reporting.
• Manage commercial insurance programs, ensuring proper coverage for the organization.
• Initiate and oversee electronic payments (ACH and wire transfers) with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor and reconcile merchant card deposits, resolving discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to manage foreign currency exposure and mitigate risks.
• Prepare daily cash reports, analyze cash positions, and recommend actions to optimize cash flow.
• Support external financial audits by preparing necessary cash information.
• Monitor market trends, interest rates, and banking products to maximize returns on cash investments.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and treasury policies.
• Lead and guide the Treasury Analyst to execute treasury activities effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting, Finance, and Legal.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in treasury management.
• Perform other duties as required.
