Job Description
SGM is seeking a full-time experienced Water / Wastewater Engineer for our Glenwood Springs, CO office. This position requires a degree in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering and preferably at least 8 years of experience in water and / or wastewater design and consulting work. The ideal candidate will help forward SGM's mission to make its clients successful by delivering practical, innovative solutions.
Pay is dependent on experience level, the anticipated salary range for this position may be as follows : Engineer IV $95,500 - $119,000 or Senior Engineer I $109,200 - $138,900 per year. SGM offers a generous benefits package to full-time employees including medical, dental, vision coverage, employer paid STD / LTD / Life, HSA / FSA plans, 401k employer match, parental leave, vacation & sick leave, 8 paid holidays, and incentive compensation bonuses. Benefits may be prorated for part-time employees. This position will be posted until filled but no sooner than three days from now.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities :
- Progressive engineering consulting :
Water / wastewater facilities design, and planning projects
Excellent client service skills
Responsibility for direct employee supervision, performance management, and professional development
Ability to develop and effectively manage scope, schedule, and budget of projects with engineering fees greater than $200K
