Strategic Growth Partners provides both operations & strategic support to tribal 8(a) & commercial organizations. Our is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Brand Strategy & Planning Manager to join our team. This role is essential for managing and executing successful brand campaigns for its portfolio companies within the US market.
The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and seamlessly managing the execution of media campaigns from strategy to completion. This individual will be a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the campaign process. A strong understanding of the US media landscape is essential, and experience working with a media company or agency is a significant advantage. This role reports to the Associate Vice President of Brand Strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust and understanding.
- Collaborate closely with MMC Portfolio Companies to understand their business objectives, target audiences, and marketing goals.
- Develop and present strategic brand campaign proposals that align with client needs and budget considerations along with our Limited Partners and their teams
- Manage the execution of approved media campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation across all channels.
- Coordinate with internal teams (media buying, finance, investor relations etc.) and external vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
- Proactively communicate campaign progress and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide portfolio companies with regular reports and insights.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns based on performance data and client feedback.
- Ensure all campaign activities are aligned with client expectations and brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date on emerging media trends and technologies within the US market.
