Position Summary
This position will be part of the production team and will be responsible for creating print-ready designs and bridges the gap between designer, customer and printer. All artwork executions are coordinated to maintain the integrity of the approved designs and themes. Tasks include executional graphic projects and include application of guidelines on a range of printed as well as digital materials and preparation of art files to printer specifications and FDA regulations. The Design Adaptation Specialist must thrive in a professional, fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects. Work is typically performed under minimal daily supervision, receiving guidance from manager / supervisor / Project Manager about the work that needs to be completed.
Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
- Ability to read, understand and follow work instructions, specifications, workflow diagrams and SOPs
- Responsible for ensuring that all artworks are saved in designated file locations on the server with the appropriate document control file naming specifications
- Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business.
- Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
- Must be flexible to work on multiple accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Works well as part of a team (in harmony with clients and studio members)
- Shows commitment to meeting high standards of creativity, quality, client service and deadline requirements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The pay for this position is $ hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
