Our Brooklyn Park, MN location has an opening for either a Plate Maker 1 or a Plate Maker 2 for 2nd shift.

PLATE MAKER 1
Pay
- $21/hour
- $1/hour shift differential
- Two 50-cent increases in the 1st year if training successfully completed
Experience & Education
- No manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work independently
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

PLATE MAKER 2
Pay
- $22-$25/hour depending on experience
- $1/hour shift differential
Experience & Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required. A trade school certificate in Graphic Arts/Printing is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience with platemaking equipment: CDI, exposure, washout, dryer, and post-exposure units.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to read and understand measurements on a tape measure.
- Ability to understand and produce printing plates correctly and in accordance with customer needs and
- Ability to learn and use all platemaking equipment: CDI, exposure, washout, dryer, and post-exposure
- Strong mechanical
- Basic computer
- Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $22-$25 hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
