Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to lead the Image Carriers LOB in association with the Brand Guardianship Group.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,100USD - $133,100USD annually plus bonus eligibility. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports and conduct regular performance development meetings to help foster a high performing and inspiring management team.
- Ensure that all of our plants have the necessary tools, personnel, and processes to ensure consistent and high-performing finished products.
- Evaluate short and longer term capital requirements for the facilities. Participate in developing a longer-term strategy for equipment replacement that minimizes excessive downtime and repair costs while leveraging our purchasing power to optimize capital spend.
- Develop an understanding of each facility’s manufacturing workflow and seek opportunities to standardize, automate, maximize efficiency, improve yield, and reduce internal/external defects.
- Accountable for EH&S compliance and ongoing sustainability efforts in each facility.
This position requires the following knowledge and skills
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year university, and 8 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in Image Carriers Operations (industry veterans only).
- Experience managing mutli-level, manufacturing teams.
- P&L experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to excel at leading teams, developing talent, and working through others to consistently deliver budgeted annual, quarterly, and monthly financial and operational results.
- Demonstrated ability to excel as a teammate on a leadership team and to senior shared services leaders.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Superior quantitative and analytical skills.
