Job Details
POSTION TITLE: Team Leader, Quality Inspection
NOTES:
-Factory Team Leader position is 100% on-site from day one
-This position will lead a team of Quality Inspectors.
-This position splits its time 50% on the supporting the shop floor and 50% in the office
-Primarily 1st shift, but will have to be flexible.
-Candidates must be willing to work the off-shift, OT and some weekends to be considered.
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
-Strong supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
-Demonstrated experience with quality processes and fundamentals.
-Flexibility with work and an ability to learn new things
-Candidates must be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook
EDUCATION
-A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Candidates without a 4-year degree will be considered if they have demonstrated supervisory experience
