Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Manager to oversee a property in Bend, OR. In this full-time role, you'll manage the daily operations of the community, ensuring exceptional service for residents and property upkeep.

Requirements :

Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent
Successful background check
Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
Computer proficient; ability to learn software systems
Basic math and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks
Ability to work independently and as a team
Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily operations, including rent collection, payments, move-ins / move-outs, and month-end processing

Maintain accurate resident management software (AppFolio and Tenant Tech)

Manage marketing, leasing, and social media efforts, ensuring excellent curb appeal and competitive pricing

Engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide them through leasing, application, and move-in processes

Administer lease agreements, renewals, and legal notices in compliance with company policies

Other duties as assigned
