Laptop provided
Job Summary:
Printing, folding, stuffing envelopes
Open, sort and scan incoming mail
Scanning, saving, filing documents
Stocking paper
Opening & Sorting through returned mail
Watering office plants
Other misc. office tasks
Skills: Qualifications:
• Extremely detail oriented
Fast pace work style
Uses time efficiently
Checks for mistakes
Intermediate level concepts, principles and practices of providing administrative support.
• Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications.
Proficeint in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, File Explorer, Adobe
Typing speed 40 WPM
• Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. • Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• High School diploma with a minimum of one (1) years of general administrative support experience required.
