Job Title: Senior .NET Developer
Location: Sanford, FL
Contract: 12 months
Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer to build and maintain robust, high-throughput C#/.NET applications on a Windows platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users to define and analyze requirements, develop solutions, and support production systems. This role requires a strong technical background in .NET technologies, SQL, and cloud-hosted solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business users to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and develop prototypes.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using Visual Studio, C#, and MS SQL.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions.
- Implement and support web forms, web APIs, .NET Core, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, and cloud-based applications.
- Work with SSRS, SSIS, PowerBI, and PowerAutomate for reporting and automation.
- Utilize Azure DevOps, GIT, and Source Control for development and deployment.
- Develop responsive web applications and ensure compatibility across various platforms.
- Troubleshoot and debug web applications, manage IIS, and ensure smooth deployment.
- Integrate applications using web services and third-party APIs.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security protocols.
- Provide production support, analyze issues, and implement necessary fixes.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with SSRS, SSIS, and SQL.
- Strong expertise in Visual Studio, C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET.
- Proficiency in web technologies including HTML, XML, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience with cloud-hosted solutions and Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerAutomate, and Formstack (preferred).
- Working knowledge of IIS, web services, and application publishing.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and application integration techniques.
- Strong analytical and design skills with an understanding of design patterns.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Formstack integration.
- Exposure to modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
