Ability to obtain Florida Authorized House Counsel, if resides in FL and not a member of the Florida bar.
Remote opportunity- Manager prefers candidates local to the Tampa area, Chicago, NYC or Memphis.
Opportunity for extension or conversion based on performance
VPN access- candidate should possess their own PC
Must have regulatory experience in Fixed Income Capital Markets and knowledge of sales and trading agreements (ISDAs, MSFTAs, Repos) and must be familiar with FINRA and SEC requirements.
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with excellent academic credentials and a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in the relevant practice area(s) (law firm, regulator or self-regulatory organization, and / or in-house in a related area involving financial services industry preferred).
- Must have regulatory experience in Fixed Income Capital Markets and knowledge of trading agreements (ISDAs, MSFTAs, Repos)
- Member in good standing in at least one state bar; and
- Ability to obtain Florida Authorized House Counsel, if resides in FL and not a member of the Florida bar.
