Duties: Full-time onsite front desk role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative sales assistant support to 3 Financial Advisors, one of which is off-site. Also, act as back-up to a Sales Assistant that supports 3 FAs and one Senior Financial Consultant. This includes, but is not limited to: assisting with client account matters, such as researching issues, follow up on documents needed, client requests for money movements, etc. Also, processing expense reports, managing FA's calendars, schedule appointments using team's shared calendar, schedule travel arrangements, manage/process incoming and outgoing mail.
Act as the branch's receptionist. This includes, but is not limited to: greeting visitors in a friendly and professional manner, escort visitors/ clients to their appointments, answer calls, take messages, transfer calls, etc.

At least 2 years of recent administrative support experience. Must have experience supporting a team with the following: calendar management, planning travel arrangements, scheduling, ordering office suppliers, and expense reporting
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Zoom, and Word required
Experience within the financial services industry is highly preferred
Manager prefers candidates who either possess licenses or is interested in becoming licensed

Minimum of Associate's Degree required or at least 3 yrs corporate experience. Must have experience in the Broker-Dealer industry, ideally someone that holds or held a securities license (Series 7, and 63/65/66).
