Job Description: We are seeking two skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Integration Developers to support our Cloud HCM Integration Development initiatives. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM data management, and reporting tools. This is a contract position with an opportunity to work on cutting-edge Oracle Cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other systems.
- Utilize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design and manage integrations.
- Work with Oracle Common Integration Framework and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Develop and maintain Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) scripts and Transformation Formulas.
- Leverage Oracle HCM APIs for seamless integrations.
- Extract and manage data using Oracle HCM Data Extracts.
- Design and develop reports using Oracle Fusion BIP, OTBI, and Fast Formulas.
- Work with Flexfields to extend Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, OTL, and Absences teams to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle HCM Cloud integrations.
- Proficiency in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Transformation Formulas.
- Experience with Oracle HCM APIs and Data Extracts.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion BIP & OTBI Reports.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Fast Formulas for reports and integrations.
- Knowledge of Flexfields and their applications within Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, OTL, and Absences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification.
- Prior experience working in an Agile environment.
- Experience integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with third-party applications.
