Job Description: The Principal IT Solutions Architect provides strategic and technical leadership in IT architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategies. This role involves developing and governing enterprise-wide architectural frameworks, leading complex projects, and providing expert consultation on IT solutions to drive business efficiency and innovation.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural governance, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and best practices.
- Analyze and evaluate existing IT architectures, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Ensure compatibility of IT solutions with existing infrastructure and strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic consultation to business and IT leaders on technology solutions.
- Guide the integration of enterprise-wide IT initiatives and systems.
- Oversee the research and adoption of emerging technologies, assessing their impact on business operations.
- Define and manage domain-wide IT architecture tools, standards, and processes.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure technical feasibility and solution alignment.
- Mentor and coach IT team members, fostering technical growth and innovation.
- Manage and recommend IT expenditures for hardware and software investments.
Enterprise Departmental Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Education:

Experience:
- 10 years of experience in IT strategy, architecture, and complex technical project management.
- 8 years of experience in consulting, solution deployment, and enterprise IT initiatives.
- Industry-recognized certifications in relevant technologies preferred.
