Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to oversee the procurement of services and goods across diverse categories, including Professional Services, IT/Non-IT Hardware/Software, and Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of recent experience managing high volumes of Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs). This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to implement sourcing strategies, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure compliance with policies and governance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage sourcing strategies, including competitive bidding, contract development, and negotiation of terms and pricing.
• Handle MSAs, SOWs, contract amendments, and renewals for IT/Non-IT services, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to identify requirements and drive strategic sourcing practices, including leveraging diverse suppliers, sustainability initiatives, and benchmarking.
• Develop and implement category-specific sourcing plans and manage sourcing activities by business unit, product, or service area.
• Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, statements of work, service-level agreements, and deliverables.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and develop flexible contractual pricing models while mitigating risks such as inflation, currency fluctuations, and scope changes.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and minimal risk.
• Collaborate with analytics teams to maintain profiles of supply markets and key suppliers.
• Communicate policies, processes, and updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Resolve escalated sourcing issues and identify alternative sources of supply when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience: 4-6 years of recent experience in strategic sourcing and contracts management, focusing on MSAs and SOWs.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing principles, contracting processes, and negotiation techniques.
• Experience managing sourcing activities across diverse categories, including IT/Non-IT, Professional Services, and Real Estate.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and risk management practices.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
