What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laboratory Research Assistant position at SGS?
We are looking for a highly motivated Laboratory Research Assistant to join our team at SGS. In this role, you will conduct routine sample analysis, preparation, and extraction. Your strong background in analytical chemistry will enable you to build your knowledge and skills in the evaluation of chemical and physical properties of various organic and inorganic substances.
- Under direct supervision, you will conduct routine analytical studies of samples, preparation, extraction, and digestion with and without the use of instrumentation following official methods and laboratory Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols.
- You will assist in the preparation, submission, and filing of reports on client sample tests, correlation tests, calibration, validation, and other projects.
- You will perform routine operation, maintenance, calibration, and trouble-shoot laboratory instruments/equipment.

Requirements
