Wind Farm Quality InspectorAuditor

SGS as being one of the global inspections and testing company is currently looking for few full time and ad hoc work positions for one of our clients a large Wind and Solar farms owners and operators. The position will be a contract for 1 to 3 years .  We are looking for contractors in Texas and Oklahoma.

The fulltime inspectors will be required to work around various wind / PV farms around the specified regions.  All PPE and / or tooling will be provided.

The positions are as below :

• Work under the supervision of the Quality Manager.
• Auditing the maintenance and operational process and procedures for the Wind Farms.
• Able to report and discuss Nonconformance reports (NCRs).
• Able to verify corrective actions
• Able to analyze audit findings to determine the root causes.
• Technical inspections of the maintenance work of our people subcontractor maintenance supplier and facilities to ensure compliance with the client standards (e.g. computer validation MIS review etc.) to provide a QA perspective on the issues discussed.

Technical inspections of the turbines PV modules or batteries depending on the type of site (80 % of the time).

Qualifications :

Expected travel : Depending the position they should be able to travel domestically to and from Canada.

Pay Range : USD $30 35 / hr depending on experience.
