Job Details
We are seeking highly skilled Wind Farm Quality Inspectors/Auditors to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for auditing the maintenance and operational processes for wind farms, ensuring compliance with client standards.
- Work under the supervision of a Quality Manager.
- Audit the maintenance and operational processes for wind farms.
- Verify corrective actions and analyze audit findings to determine root causes.
- Conduct technical inspections of turbines, PV modules, or batteries, as well as substations and general site inspections.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- An associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field, preferably in wind technology or quality assurance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write significant reports.
- Leadership traits and potential, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic mechanical and electrical background for supporting root cause analysis.
- The ability to pass wind turbine climb and rescue training and maintain fitness to wear a standard fall protection harness.
