STS Government Solutions, LLC (SGS) is hiring for Engineer Aircraft Integrator to support our ongoing mission at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.
What You'll Bring:
Perform the installation and checkout of new Avionics Modifications on operational F-16 aircraft, including conducting Trial Verification Installations (TVIs), documenting discrepancies, and updating master documentation and engineering drawings accordingly.
Responsibilities include writing planning documents to ensure equipment and support personnel are prepared for TVI events, supporting KP Verification, FCA, and PCA events, and developing electrical interconnect and build-to-print drawings.
Analyze data, implement corrective actions for technical issues, and mitigate obsolescence risks.
Installation and checkout of firmware/software and support for system performance enhancements are also required.
Collaboration with IPTs and stakeholders supports acquisition, manufacturing, and scheduling of avionics modifications and software updates.
Tasks include loading MLV software, responding to technical assistance requests, updating TOs, and producing various technical documents and reports. The Contractor shall verify technical source data and write revisions based on aircraft findings.
Applicable source information includes training materials, aircraft schedules, component lists, loading procedures, and multiple types of technical drawings and lists.
Personnel must adhere to mission-driven work schedules, including weekends and non-standard hours.
