Compensation:

• Base PLUS incentive/commission pay
• At Sgt. Clean Car Wash, your base hourly rate is guaranteed at $14/hr., but through our incentive pay program you have potential to earn more.

Position Expectations- What you’ll be doing:

Customer Satisfaction - The number one responsibility of all associates is making sure that every customer leaves satisfied and “WOWED!” by their experience at Sgt. Clean Car Wash. We accomplish this a few ways:

• Greeting each customer with a smile.
• Working quickly and efficiently to show the customer we value their time.
• Going out of our way for customers.
• Communicating with every customer in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner.
• Helping customers who are not satisfied with their carwash and rectifying the situation.
• Show gratitude towards every customer.

Additional duties include:

• Help customers with their purchase decision to best fit their needs.
• Graciously and effectively, guide our customers safely onto the conveyor using clear signals and helping trouble shoot issues.
• Instruct the customer on when to place their car in neutral and send them off into the wash tunnel with a smile and a friendly demeanor.
• Greet and assist customers in the vacuum area by offering towels or other services.
• Identify vehicle safety issues.
• Steward the site through general clean up. All associates are expected to pick up debris, papers, garbage, pull weeds, mop etc. to maintain a sparkling site.

Position Requirements

Qualified candidates for an associate position will meet the following criteria. As an Associate you must:

• Be completely drug free.
• Be able to safely lift 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to work each day.
• Move quickly for extended periods of time.
• Be on your feet, without sitting, 80% of your shift.
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes.
• Be willing to get your hands dirty, conducting clean-up and other necessary tasks.
