OUR OPPORTUNITY
The Corporate IT Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for managing and supporting the technology needs of the Home Oice team while overseeing the compliance, security, and lifecycle management of IT assets across the organization.
This position ensures seamless day-to-day IToperations, strategic infrastructure management, and support for pre-opening property needs. The
role collaborates closely with the Corporate Director of Applications and Compliance, IT Directors, and People Operations to maintain a robust and secure IT environment.
What does this person actually do? Here are some examples:
Home Office IT Support
- ice team members, ensuring quick resolution of issues to maintain productivity.
- Create, manage, and update user accounts in Active Directory (AD), ensuring proper setup, permissions, and cleanup as needed. Order and deploy equipment for Home O
- ice team members, ensuring timely
replacements and upgrades.
Manage Home O - ice infrastructure, including updates, patches, and system maintenance.
Compliance and Security Oversight
- Work closely with the Corporate Director of Applications and Compliance to ensure all equipment complies with company security standards.
- Monitor devices for updates, security patches, and the deployment of necessary security tools.
- Conduct regular audits of IT systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Asset and Lifecycle Management
- Oversee the management of IT assets across the organization, ensuring accurate trackin and reporting.
- Ensure all equipment is up-to-date, properly maintained, and replaced accoring to lifecycle management plans.
- Collaborate with IT Directors to maintain a centralized inventory of hardware and software.
Microsoft 365 Infrastructure Management
- Manage the organization’s M365 infrastructure, ensuring accurate assigment of properties and user roles.
- Coordinate with the Corporate Director of Applications and Compliance and People Operations to maintain current and accurate user accounts.
- Optimize M365 services to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Pre-Opening Support for Properties

- Coordinate the setup of workstations, infrastructure, and onboarding of new users for preopening projects.
Hardware and Application Support
Manage hardware and application requirements for Home O- ice team members, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
- Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to support business goals.
