We're currently seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead our Housekeeping team , a natural people person with an analytical mind, who can do everything from streamline a bumpy process to stock a supply cart.
The Director of Housekeeping is a natural at identifying challenges, makes reasonable and insightful assumptions, and motivates everyone on the team by showing them the rewards of providing outstanding service.

About you...
5 or more years luxury hotel experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
An expert in housekeeping operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
Strategic Leadership
Develop and implement a strategic plan for Housekeeping aligned with property and brand goals.
Set performance goals for the department, holding managers accountable and delegating effectively to optimize team performance.
Financial Management
- Create and oversee the department's budget, monitoring financial performance and addressing variances.
- Participate in the preparation of the budget and ensure a comprehensive understanding of monthly housekeeping expenses.
- Provide explanations during weekly labor meetings regarding departmental financial performance.
- Manage purchasing, invoicing, and payroll functions.
