Positive Behavior Support Leader at Rivermont Schools

Rivermont Schools provides special education for students ages 5-22 in grades K-12 across Virginia. We offer small class sizes, individualized learning plans, and use evidence-based strategies through our team of educators, behavior analysts, and therapists to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
What we offer :
- Consistent Pay : Same hourly rate for all work, with no differentiation between billable and non-billable hours, and no reductions for student cancellations
- Schedule : 35 to 40 Hours, 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm Monday to Friday (No nights, No weekends)
- Paid Time Off : 12 days of PTO plus school holidays, and spring, winter and summer break pay
