Lead Generation Specialist

Job Summary
At Sh9ts Media by Jaylon Monroe, a full-service video production company, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, specifically targeting businesses that can benefit from professional videography services. Your primary focus will be on outbound calling and telemarketing to connect with potential clients, qualify leads, and support our sales efforts to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for sales, and a passion for helping businesses unlock the power of professional video.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
• Record 4 high-quality videos per month (1 per week) on the importance of video strategy for business success.
• Use a high-quality camera or good lighting, with a professional, visually appealing background.
• Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead conversion.
• Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.
• Follow up with leads through email or phone as necessary to nurture relationships.

Skills

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Strong outbound calling skills with a persuasive communication style.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
