```Duties```
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed
- Clear and clean tables after customers have finished dining
- Handle cash and process payments using the Toast POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of food preparation, culinary techniques, and food handling safety guidelines
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sales-oriented mindset to upsell menu items and promote specials
