Looking for the next stage in your restaurant management career? Look no further, Shabuya Shabu Shabu is now hiring for a Kitchen Shift Lead! Kitchen Shift Leads are leaders in our business and support the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to accomplish store goals.
The kitchen shift lead is the leader of the back of the house. This person is responsible for ensuring a good flow of food products coming off the line.
Some essential job duties include:
· Train newly hired employees to ensure they are performing to company standards.
· Provide constructive feedback to trainees and managers on strengths and areas of opportunity for newly hired employees.
· Provide hands on support to non-management employees in times of need.
· Works in your core function (lead kitchen prep/line/meat slicing) when not training someone new.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
