Fryer and soup station team members enjoy a stable work environment and work off of anticipated business volumes (pars). Fryer and soup station team members will utilize a variety of tools including fryers, soup tools, and other kitchen equipment to make the process easier.
Base rates for fryer and soup station team members is $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Fryer and soup station team members are a part of the tip pool and can expect to earn anywhere from $3 to $5 more per hour in tips*. Combined, that's an average of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, combined depending on the day and shift you work!
Qualifications
- Shows up on time as scheduled or proactively communicates when can't work.
- Open work availability (preferred)
- Has great communication.
- Willing to do any kitchen work necessary to keep the business running.
- 18 Years or older (required)
Fryer and soup preparation team members are responsible for:
Ensuring foods are fried correctly and thoroughly. Ensuring soup is made according to preset instructions and ensuring soup pots are being rotated to ensure freshness.
Experience in restaurant food preparation is required. High volume environments preferred. Minimum 18 years of age is required. Good communication, a high sense of urgency and positive attitude is a must.
*Hourly tip amounts are an estimate as the restaurant is not actually open yet.
