We’re an established custom cabinet and furniture shop with over 25 years of experience producing detailed, high-quality work for residential projects throughout the Bay Area. Our focus is on thoughtful design, excellent craftsmanship, and strong client relationships.
As our project load continues to grow, we’re looking to add experienced, dedicated cabinetmakers to our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, supportive, and skilled shop environment.

Responsibilities:
- Work from detailed shop drawings with precision and clarity
- Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and project leads
- Utilize hand and power tools to craft custom furniture and cabinetry with precision
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction and design execution
- Perform milling operations such as joining, planing, shaping, sanding, and assembly
- Uphold high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Take pride in your work and maintain a commitment to continuous improvement
- Operate woodworking machinery safely and effectively
- Demonstrate honesty, reliability, and respect in all aspects of the job
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience in custom cabinetry or fine woodworking
- Strong understanding of cabinet and furniture construction techniques
- Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and adapt to project needs
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- A professional, communicative, and respectful demeanor
- A desire to be part of a long-term team that values craftsmanship and growth
