We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform frame carpentry tasks, including constructing walls, floors, and roofs.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution.
- Apply caulking to seal joints and seams for weatherproofing.
- Assemble furniture, fixtures, and other components as needed.
- Utilize maintenance person skills for general repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Lay tiles for flooring or wall applications with precision.
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various construction activities.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required during the course of projects.
- Collaborate with team members to build structures according to specifications.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry or skilled labor roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction plans.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques and materials.
- Ability to assemble various structures and components efficiently.
- Experience with tile laying is a plus.
- Proficient in using power tools and equipment safely.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
