What you will do :

Service social Events, Weddings, Buyouts and VIP Corporate events

Administration duties as needed

Assist in establishing follow-up communication on all finalized sales contracts from Events, internal guests and public inquiries in a timely manner

Effectively identifies and communicates guest needs

Assists in generating BEOs and floor plans

Works closely with clients with continued planning and execution

Maintaining accurate and accurate files

Communicates frequently food & beverage team for events

Regularly attend BEO meetings for assigned events

Relays guest complaints and / or problems to Managers to ensure quality product delivery and guest satisfaction

Acts as a liaison between Sales and the Guest while following-up and keeping all appropriate team Members aware of changes

Is consistently and willingly available to assist with special projects and events

Assist Events Director with quoting and negotiating pricing and process contracts if the Events Director is not available

Assist Service and Events Director in Coordinating for the client

Be available to assist client while on site at appropriate times (evening and

weekends are required). Require flexibility to accommodate irregular or extended hours.

Participate in wedding tradeshows as required

Attend required in-house meetings

Capture the client's vision and effectively

Assist with Developing client menus, as well as organize all other arrangements

Ensuring excellent guest service with a respect for quality and careful attention to service and details

Meet and greet clients, conduct property tours, and promote facilities and services

Develop and conduct verbal sales presentations to prospective clients

Assist with the overall set up and implementation of events and meetings

Assist with invoicing and billing

Wrapping up and concluding guest events with final bill and any additional contracts

Skills Requirements :

Minimum 2 years experience planning and executing Weddings and Events

Excellent personal computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Delphi convention management software.

Possess above average verbal and written communication skills.

Possess excellent organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and handle difficult situations with professionalism.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Professional appearance is required at all times and compliance with company dress code
