Overview
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our Manufacturing team. You will be trained universally to understand and operate multiple operational lines. you will be responsible for various tasks within our warehouse environment, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials handling, machine operation and a strong commitment to teamwork and productivity. We operate Monday through Friday from 8:00Am to 5:00PM. You must be great with attendance for this position.
Duties
- Operate forklifts and cranes to safely load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
- Perform heavy lifting and transport goods throughout the warehouse as needed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively.
- Follow OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.
- Assist in organizing the distribution center by sorting, labeling, and storing products appropriately.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including forklifts and cranes, is a plus.
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and warehouse management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols effectively.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
