Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, organized, and energetic Site Director to lead and manage one of our afterschool program locations. The Site Director is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, maintaining a positive and inclusive environment, and ensuring high-quality programming that aligns with our mission and values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in qualifying child/education related degree.
- Leadership and management experience with the ability to coach staff
- Ability to provide a safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate afterschool program
- Understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices in afterschool settings
- Ability to handle difficult children and parents
- Ability to maintain and monitor program billing and accounting tasks
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with parents and school personnel
- Computer literacy with experience using Google application

Hours and Compensation:
- Full-time, salaried exempt position. Starting salary range based on experience and education ($42,000.00 to $45,360.00).
- Partial pay health insurance benefits
- Typical working hours would be from 10:00am – 6:15pm Monday - Friday; however, keep in mind that this is a salaried position that may require altered or extended hours from time to time to attend school functions, meet deadlines, attend training events, or other job related tasks.
- Holiday pay for 13 State and Federal Holidays
