Job Title: Virtual Immigration Sales Coordinator
Overview:
At Dalal & Mehta, we view the consultation process as a service to empower our prospective new clients (PNCs) rather than a mere transactional interaction. In this role, you will leverage your knowledge of immigration processes and empathy to guide PNCs through the consultation process, ensuring they receive clarity and the best options for their future. This role is pivotal in helping our law firm achieve its mission of assisting individuals with their immigration cases.
Key Responsibilities:
PNC Preparation: Ensure that pre-conditioning packages and systems are delivered to PNCs in advance of their scheduled meetings.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls with PNCs who initially declined consultation and perform quality control calls with current clients.
Detailed Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and accurate notes in a central database, documenting all interactions with PNCs before, during, and after meetings, including follow-ups.
Client Hand-Off: Facilitate a seamless hand-off to the legal team once an engagement is signed and open the client's file.
Welcome Process: Manage the welcome process for new clients and conduct quality control checks at predetermined milestones during the first 30 days and beyond as necessary.
Team Collaboration: Meet regularly with team members to discuss goals, performance, and process improvements.
Time Management: Effectively manage your schedule to balance availability for meetings with PNCs and other responsibilities.
Feedback: Actively engage with management to provide feedback on lead quality and volume, offering constructive suggestions for improvement.
Administrative Tasks: Organize case filing systems, ensure proper documentation, and perform additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in converting clients to purchase high-ticket services through a consultative methodology.
Prior immigration paralegal experience or relevant knowledge of immigration processes.
Ability to empathize with PNCs, understanding their personal and often challenging situations.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across various platforms (in-person, phone, email).
Comfort with metrics, scorekeeping, and accountability.
Commitment to self-improvement and a proven track record of refining sales skills.
Exceptional ability to establish connections with clients, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

Compensation:
Base pay: $12,000 – $18,000 annually
Commission/Bonuses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual cycle. Significant earning potential.
Work Conditions: This role involves prolonged use of computers and office equipment under standard office conditions. Physical requirements include standing, walking, stooping, typing, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
