Job Summary
The Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to our Production Team leaders within the organization. This position ensures the smooth operation of day-to-day activities by managing high levels of data entry, inventory management, vendor relations, handling communication, and assisting with strategic initiatives. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to facilitate the productivity and success of leadership and production teams.
Job Requirements / Expectations :
- Support projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved
- Collaborate effectively cross-departmentally with teams such as Accounting, Quality Assurance, Production Managers and Supervisors
- Organize and maintain records, files, and office systems in accordance with company policies
- Use phone system to make outbound calls, route calls, and take inbound calls providing excellent internal and external customer service standards
- Strong knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices as well as above average computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products; technical aptitude to learn internal systems and required platforms
- Maintaining adequate inventory levels to support production timelines
