Position Title : Subject Matter Expert - Navy Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Contracting Environment

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a background in the Navy's Procure-to-Pay (P2P) contracting environment. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in navigating the intricacies of Navy procurement processes and possess in-depth knowledge of the Department of the Navy's (DON) business processes, solutions, and systems landscape, including familiarity with the Integrated Awards Environment (IAE) systems and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) environments.

Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all matters related to Navy procurement processes, procedures, and systems.
• Provide guidance and expertise on best practices within the Navy's P2P contracting environment.
• Work closely with the Electronic Procurement System (ePS) program team to help develop the DON’s enterprise contracting capability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, evaluate, and improve existing procurement processes and systems.
• Stay abreast of developments and changes within the DON's procurement landscape, including updates to IAE systems and PIEE environments.
• Act as a liaison between our organization and relevant Navy stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and facilitating effective communication.
